• Personal Information: Name, email, profile details, display photos, cover photos.
• Wellbeing & Journaling Data: Mood logs, journal entries, tags, drawings, reflection timestamps, and interaction patterns.
• Optional Health & Wellness Data (only if you connect Garmin/Fitbit): Heart rate, resting HR, steps, activity, HRV, stress, sleep, body battery, and related summary metrics.
• Technical Data: Device type, browser, crash/error logs, and basic usage analytics to improve performance.
• Location Data (optional): Only used if you enable location features in the future.

You choose how much you share. Most features work without connecting a device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve AMOC features
• Support mood tracking, journaling, and wellbeing reflections
• Show insights tied to your habits and (optional) biometric summaries
• Enable friendships, messaging, and community interactions
• Maintain account security and platform reliability
• Process your device data (only if connected)

Your data is never sold.

• Consent — for device integrations, sharing wellbeing summaries, posting content, and visibility preferences.
• Legitimate Interests — to operate, secure, and improve AMOC.
• Contract — providing the service you registered for (authentication, account features, data storage).

AMOC connects with trusted services to enhance your wellbeing insights:

• Your data from Garmin/Fitbit is only accessed with your explicit permission.
• Device data is used exclusively for AMOC features — not for advertising.
• Data is stored securely using modern encryption and strict access controls.

5. Sharing Your Information

We only share information when necessary:

• With secure service providers (hosting, authentication, database storage).
• With your chosen connections (e.g., if you share posts or join groups).
• As de-identified analytics to improve reliability and performance.
• If required by law.

Private journal entries, messages, and mood logs are never shared publicly by AMOC.

6. Your Data Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• Download your posts, mood logs, and profile data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Disconnect Garmin/Fitbit at any time
• Change post visibility and privacy settings
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent where applicable

When you delete your account, data is permanently removed within 45 days unless law requires otherwise.
